How do I know if my Meta Ads problem is creative, tracking, or targeting?

Look at which numbers disagree. If your click-through rate is falling and ad frequency is rising, the problem is usually creative fatigue. If Meta's reported Conversions do not match your actual sales, the problem is usually tracking, often iOS14 signal loss that the Conversions API fixes. If clicks are healthy but few people buy, the problem is usually the audience or the offer. Why don't my Meta Ads numbers match my actual sales?

Because the Meta Pixel runs in the browser, and since iOS14 it can no longer see a large share of your real Conversions. When shoppers block browser tracking, those sales still happen, but Meta never learns which ads caused them, so its reported numbers drift from your actual revenue.
