The Short Answer

What a white label marketing partnership actually is

A white label marketing partnership is an arrangement where a specialist agency delivers technical work that another agency resells to its own clients under its own brand. The client sees only the agency they hired. BlazeByte builds the Tracking, Analytics, reporting and campaign layer, and partner agencies across the US, UK and Europe deliver it to their clients as their own work.

Who it is for
Agencies with clients needing technical work they cannot staff for in-house.
What is delivered
Conversion Tracking, GA4 and GTM, Server-Side Tracking, Meta Conversions API, reporting dashboards, and campaign management across Google, Meta and LinkedIn. Per Google’s server-side tagging documentation, a server container runs on a server that you control, which is why that infrastructure sits in your client’s account rather than ours.
How it is priced
Partner rates, banded by engagement type and volume. Tracking builds from $1,199, ongoing from $899 per month.
What the agency keeps
The client relationship, the reporting, the margin, and the accounts the work lives in.
The Exposure

Your Client Does Not Care Whose Fault It Was. They Care That It Happened.

A client asks why the Google Ads number does not match their CRM. You do not know. You say you will find out. That call is the problem, not the Tracking error underneath it.

01
The agency reported a number it could not defend. From where your client is sitting, that is the whole story. The freelancer who built it is not on the call. You are.
02
One person holds the knowledge, or nobody does. Most agencies do not have a technical failure problem. They have an exposure problem, and it only becomes visible in front of the client.
03
The gap surfaces at the worst possible moment. Never in a planning session. Always on a reporting call, with the client watching you try to explain it.
The Real Cost

What One Unexplained Reporting Failure Actually Costs an Agency

The technical fix is usually small. The damage is not.

Trust does not fully return

Once a client has questioned your numbers, they read every report differently. That does not reverse when the bug is fixed.

Your time moves to defending work

Hours spent explaining a discrepancy are hours not spent on the work that renews the contract.

Retention risk on an account you fought to win

Clients rarely leave over one failure. They leave over the second one, and they decide during the first.

Referrals stop quietly

You never find out which introduction did not happen. This is the cost nobody measures and everybody pays.

A technical partner is not an expense against delivery. It is insurance on the accounts you already have.

The Options

Three Ways Agencies Fill This Gap. Only One of Them Scales.

Every agency reaches this point. The choice is usually made under pressure, which is why it is often made badly.

Scroll the table sideways on mobile. The row label column stays fixed.

The row that matters is the third one.

Staff augmentation supplies implementers. The providers say so openly, and it is honest: their people execute, and the client directs them. That works when you already know what needs building.

Most of the time, the reason you are looking is that you do not.

Quick Check

Is Your Agency Exposed Right Now?

Seven signs the technical gap has become structural rather than occasional. Check what applies.

How This Works

A Senior Specialist Your Client Never Sees

You are not buying capacity. You are buying the absence of risk.

Your clients are asking about AI. We give you a credible answer and the delivery to back it.

01
The work reaches your client already checked. Every Conversion Event verified against a live capture before it goes near a report you have to defend.
02
Strategy is set by our founder, not handed to a junior. Haider Khaleel has diagnosed over 2,000 setups across 88 countries. Our specialist team executes it against a documented standard.
03
You brief the outcome. We decide what gets built. A contractor waits for your brief. We write it, and you approve it. That is the difference between a partner and a pair of hands.
The Mechanics

Your Brand, Your Client, Our Work Underneath

Four things every agency asks before signing a white label partnership. Answered plainly, before you have to ask them.

Whose name goes on the work?

Yours, on everything. Documentation, Loom walkthroughs, QA reports and dashboards ship in your template, with your logo and your tone. Nothing we produce carries our branding unless you ask for it. Your client has no reason to know we exist.

Will you ever speak to my client?

Only if you put us on the call, and only under your agency's name. Most partners never use it. The ones who do use it for technical calls, where having the person who built the Tracking in the room closes the question in one conversation instead of three emails.

Where does the work actually live?

In your client's own accounts. Their GTM container, their GA4 property, their ad accounts. We never hold anything hostage in infrastructure you cannot reach. If our partnership ended tomorrow, every setup keeps running exactly as it is.

What happens if I want to take it in-house?

You already have everything you need. Every engagement ends with written documentation and a recorded walkthrough, not a verbal handover. That is deliberate: a partnership that only survives because leaving is painful is not a partnership.

The Line

We Do Not Approach Your Clients. Ever.

This is the question every agency owner wants to ask and most do not. So here it is, answered without being asked.

We do not contact, pitch, or accept direct work from a client introduced through a partner agency.

Not during the engagement, not after it ends. NDA as standard, signed before access, not offered when requested.

If a client contacts us directly, we route them back to you. Every time, without exception.

Partner agencies have run this way for years. The reason the relationships last is that this line has never moved.

What We Deliver

White Label Services: The Technical Layer Most Agencies Cannot Staff For

The technical layer is where the partnership starts for most agencies, and it is what our partners actually buy.

Conversion Tracking and Google Ads

Conversion Events verified against live captures. De-duplication so your reported numbers match reality. Enhanced Conversions and offline import where the sales cycle needs it.

Conversion Tracking →
GA4 and GTM

Property configuration, container architecture, Event naming that stays consistent across every client account you run.

GA4 and GTM Setup →
Server-Side Tracking

For clients where browser-side data loss is costing real budget. Stape or self-hosted, built in their infrastructure.

Server-Side Tracking →
Meta Pixel and Conversions API

Dual-path implementation with de-duplication, so Meta stops counting one purchase twice.

Meta Pixel and CAPI →
Ecommerce Tracking

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento. Full purchase funnel with dynamic value attribution.

Ecommerce Tracking →
Consent Mode V2

Compliance without losing the measurement underneath it.

What Your Client Sees

White Label Reporting Your Client Can Question and You Can Answer

A report is only as good as the data underneath it. Most reporting problems are measurement problems wearing a dashboard.

We build the reporting layer under your brand, and more importantly we make it defensible. GA4, Google Ads, Meta and CRM reconciled to one number you can stand behind on a call.

When a client asks why two platforms disagree, you have an answer. That is the whole point.

Dashboards carry your branding. Commentary is written in your voice if you want it. Delivered on your schedule.

Campaign Delivery

PPC Management for Agencies, Delivered Under Your Brand

For agencies that need delivery capacity rather than direction. Campaign work on broken Tracking is guesswork with a budget attached.

PPC Management for Agencies

Google Ads build, management and optimization under your agency's name. Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen. You set the client strategy. We run the account and report into your template.

Facebook Ads for Agencies

Meta Ads campaign build and management, with the Pixel and Conversions API layer underneath. Most agencies inherit Meta accounts where Events fire twice. Meta de-duplicates a browser and a server Event only when the Pixel eventID matches the Conversions API event_id and the Event names match, per Meta’s Conversions API documentation. We fix that first, then optimize on numbers that are real.

LinkedIn Ads

B2B campaign management with Insight Tag and Conversions API tracking configured properly, which is where most LinkedIn accounts lose their attribution.

Built on measurement that is already correct. You keep the relationship, the reporting, and the credit.

Partner Agencies

Agencies Do Not Resell Work They Are Unsure Of

An agency putting its own name on outside work is making a bet on its reputation. These five have made it repeatedly.

Agency partner · United States

$467,500 in Google Ad Spend. $4.68 Million in Booked work.

The challenge

A US home services franchise network was opening territory after territory. New Google Ads account, new website, and nothing underneath it. No container, no Conversion actions, and no way to tell which ads produced a phone call.

What we did

One measurement architecture, deployed identically in every territory before launch. GA4, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, call tracking, form tracking and GTM, with de-duplication that cut 18,304 recorded Conversions to 7,800 verified quote requests.

$17.4 Million Reported in Sales. $3 Million of It Never Happened.

The challenge

Three hidden GA4 sources counted the same orders up to 32 times. Across two years the store reported $8.2M then $9.2M, of which $1.11M and $1.86M never happened, inflation rising from 13.6% to 20.2%.

What we did

Found every source of duplication and rebuilt the Tracking to count each order exactly once. Against ~$1,000,000 of Google Ads spend over the same period, ~$210,000 had been steered by conversions that were not real.

Partner Rates Are Wholesale, Not a Discount

Partner pricing is lower than our published rates, and the reason is structural rather than generous.

You own the client relationship, so we do no selling. You supply the brief and the account access, so discovery is shorter. Volume is recurring, so there is no acquisition cost per engagement. Reporting goes to you rather than to the end client.

That is genuinely less work per engagement, and the rate reflects it.

Your client never sees our rate. What you bill them is entirely your decision.

These are partner rates, not published direct rates. Most partners bill their client at two to three times the band. Exact figures come on the call, because they depend on the client account rather than the service name.

Campaign management across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn is available under any band, priced per account by ad spend. Exact figures come on the partner call, because they depend on what you actually need.

How It Starts

How a Partnership Starts

Four steps. Nothing is locked in at any of them, and the commitment only grows once you have seen the work.

  1. 01
    30 minutes

    Intro call

What you deliver now, where the gap is, and whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will say so.

  2. 02
    One client account

    A pilot engagement

A single client account, at partner rate. You see the work, the documentation and the turnaround before committing to anything ongoing.

  3. 03
    After handover

    Review the handover

What worked, and what needs adjusting in how we hand over to you. Your template, your tone, your reporting rhythm.

  4. 04
    No lock-in

    Standing capacity

Priority turnaround and a rate card that does not change per project. No minimum volume, no exclusivity.

Nothing starts with a contract. It starts with one client account and a chance to be wrong about us.

Before You Partner

Questions Agencies Ask Before Partnering

Is this for you
What does a white label partnership actually involve?

We deliver the technical work and you deliver it to your client under your own brand. Tracking, Analytics, reporting and campaign management, documented in your template and handed to you. Your client never interacts with us unless you choose to bring us onto a call.

Should my agency hire a specialist or use a white label partner?

Hire if you have enough consistent technical volume to keep a specialist busy and enough internal expertise to evaluate their work. Partner if the need is variable, or if nobody in the agency can verify a technical hire's output. Most agencies under 30 people fall into the second group.

Is this the same as staff augmentation?

No, and the difference is who decides what to do. Staff augmentation supplies people who execute your instructions. You still have to know what to instruct. We diagnose the problem, decide what needs building, and you approve it.

How it works
Will you approach or accept work from my clients?

No. Not during an engagement, not after it ends. If a client contacts us directly we route them back to you. NDA is signed before access as standard.

Whose accounts does the work live in?

Your client's. Their GTM container, GA4 property and ad accounts. Everything is documented and transferable, so you are never dependent on us to keep something running.

Can you join a client call?

Yes, under your agency's name and introduced however you prefer. Most partners never use it. The ones who do use it for technical calls where having a specialist present resolves the question in one conversation.

How fast can you turn work around?

Most Tracking builds are delivered in 5 to 7 business days. Server-Side implementations run 7 to 14. Urgent diagnostic work on a live client issue is usually same or next day for existing partners.

Rates and getting started
How do I know the work is actually right?

Every Conversion Event is verified against a live network capture before handover, and you get the capture. You are not taking our word for it. There is also a 30-day accuracy guarantee: if something we configured is firing incorrectly within 30 days, we fix it at no charge.

What if I only have one client who needs this?

That is how most partnerships start. One engagement at partner rate, no commitment to anything ongoing. If it does not work for you, nothing is lost but one project.

Do you work with agencies outside the US and UK?

Yes. Current partners are in the US, UK and Europe, and we have delivered in 88+ countries. Time zones are handled by working ahead of your day rather than during it.

Is my agency too small for this?

Probably not. The relevant question is whether you have clients, not how many staff you have. Partnerships work from two-person agencies upward. What does not work yet is pre-client, because there is nothing to deliver against.

We onboard a limited number of partner agencies each month to protect delivery quality.
