Three Ways We Price, Depending on the Work.
Different work is priced differently, and that is deliberate. Here is the whole model in three parts, so nothing below surprises you.
Performance Marketing
A one-time foundation to set up tracking and build your campaigns, then a flat monthly retainer to manage and scale them. Never a percentage of your ad spend.
Analytics & Tracking
Scoped, one-time projects: GA4, GTM, Conversion Tracking, server-side, and more. You own everything we build. No ongoing fee required.
Conversion Rate Optimization
Priced per page or per audit, and always audit-first. You see the findings before you commit to any implementation.
Whichever model applies, the price you see is the starting point, and the audit always comes first.
Performance Marketing Management
Our PPC management services pricing is one structure across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and every vertical we specialize in. A flat monthly retainer, scoped to your ad spend, with a one-time foundation to build the tracking and campaigns it runs on.
Managed Growth
Businesses starting Performance Marketing properly.
- Full account audit and rebuild in month one
- Active campaign management toward real outcomes
- Verified Conversion tracking before any scaling
- Keyword, audience, and negative-list management
- Monthly performance reporting tied to results
Managed Performance
Businesses scaling spend profitably.
Everything in Growth, plus:
- Multi-campaign management across the account
- Conversion and value data fed back to the platforms
- Audience, offer, and landing page guidance
- Bi-weekly reporting with strategy notes
- Priority strategist access
Managed Scaling
Established accounts scaling hard.
Everything in Performance, plus:
- Full closed-loop attribution to revenue
- Multi-segment and multi-campaign scaling strategy
- Advanced bid and budget optimization
- Quarterly strategy reviews against your targets
Custom
Multi-platform and multi-market operators.
Everything in Scale, plus:
- Multiple platforms, markets, or motions
- Dedicated senior strategist
- Custom reporting and attribution
The one-time foundation is the tracking and campaign build your ongoing management runs on. We do not scale spend on data we have not verified. Already have clean, verified tracking? That step is reduced or waived.
Most PPC agency pricing is a percentage of ad spend. We never charge one. At a typical 15% industry rate, a $10,000/mo account pays $1,500/mo in agency fees alone, more than our Managed Performance tier, which covers the same management at a flat $1,100/mo. As your spend grows, the gains are yours.
The tiers above apply per platform, so Google Ads management pricing matches Meta and LinkedIn at the same spend level. See the full approach on the Performance Marketing pillar, or by platform: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
Running an agency? Partner rates and white label pricing are published on the white label PPC page.
Analytics & Tracking Setup.
One-time, scoped projects. You own everything we build, with no ongoing fee required. Need tracking fixed without ads management? This is your path. Each service has its own page with full detail.
Google Ads Conversion Tracking rates are founding-client pricing and increase after the first 10 direct implementation engagements.
Not sure which you need? The free audit will tell you exactly what is broken and what it takes to fix it, before you spend anything.
Your Setup Stays Accurate. Every Month.
Platform updates, GTM changes, theme releases, and new app installs all degrade Tracking silently. By the time most businesses notice, weeks of ad spend have already run on bad data. Our retainer audits every tag and Conversion path on a set schedule, tests after every major platform change, and delivers a bi-weekly report with issue status, so you always know where your data stands.
- Weekly Conversion testing and monthly full-stack audit — GA4, GTM, and every ad pixel verified on a fixed schedule
- Post-update Conversion testing — every major platform or site change tested before your budget is affected by it
- Bi-weekly accuracy report — flagged issues, fix status, and a clean signal confirmed
Scope, platform count, and reporting depth scale with tier.

CRO & Landing Page Optimization.
Two paths, and the difference is scope, not quality. Fixing the one page your ads point at is a different job from finding where a whole funnel leaks. Both start with an audit you review before anything gets implemented.
One page is underperforming.
Your ads land, the traffic arrives, the Conversion does not happen. Start with Landing Page Optimization, from $750.
The whole site converts badly.
Revenue is leaking and you cannot tell which step is losing it. You need the Full-Funnel CRO Audit, from $2,500.
For a single page, usually your paid-traffic landing page, reviewed against your live ads. We find the gap between the click and the Conversion, then fix it.
Landing Page Diagnostic
One page audited against your live ads, for teams who implement in-house.
- Full single-page Conversion audit
- Above-the-fold and message-match review against your ads
- Core Web Vitals and mobile experience check
- Prioritized fix list, ranked by impact
- Findings in 5 to 7 business days
Conversion Fix Sprint
The audit, plus we implement the highest-impact changes for you.
Everything in Starter, plus:
- Implementation of priority fixes, not just a report
- Headline, layout, and CTA optimization
- Message-match alignment to your ad copy
- Conversion tracking verified on the page
Full CRO Implementation
A full audit and complete page rebuild, end to end.
Everything in Growth, plus:
- Complete page rebuild, structure to copy
- Full Core Web Vitals and speed optimization
- Conversion-focused redesign of the whole page
- Post-launch validation against your ads
Enterprise
Multi-page and portfolio optimization programs.
Everything in Scale, plus:

Detail: Landing Page Optimization · Landing Page Audit
When the leak is not on one page.
The ads work, the Landing Page looks fine, and revenue still does not move. The loss is spread across steps: entry, product, cart, checkout, form. We map the full path, find where the money exits, and rank every fix by the revenue at stake behind it.
From $2,500 for the diagnostic. Implementation tiers at $4,500 and $7,500 include the fixes, not just the report. Scoped by funnel complexity: number of steps, platforms involved, and how much revenue moves through each. Findings in 5 to 7 business days.
If your funnel moves $50,000 a month and 15 percent of it exits at checkout, that is $7,500 gone every month. Illustration only, not a client result, but it is the arithmetic we run before recommending an audit at all.
See Full-Funnel CRO Audit pricing →Every join is a place revenue leaves. A single-page fix reaches one of them.
Not sure which one you need? The free audit tells you whether the problem is one page or the whole path, before you commit to either.

Pricing You Can Actually Trust.
The numbers are published for a reason. Here is what stands behind them.
What accurate data does to your numbers
Recovered Conversions were already happening. The platform could not see them, so it never bid for more of them.
Same budget. Same campaigns. Smart Bidding finally optimizing toward real buyers.
Budget currently allocated against duplicate or phantom Conversions returns to real ones.
GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and CRM reconciled. One number you can take to a client or a board.
Do your ad platforms agree with your books?
Two numbers, no form and no identity. See the size of your gap and what it means for bidding, using your figures rather than an industry average.
Open the calculator →AI can tell you how it should be built. It cannot tell you what your site is doing
A model can describe the whole setup in seconds, so the reasonable question is why an implementation costs what it does. The price is not for describing the setup. It is for finding out what your site is actually doing before anything gets written.
The person describing the setup is the one who does not know what is wrong with it. Verification means a live transaction and the request that follows it.
The full answer, with the numbers →- Describe a correct setup in the abstract
- Explain the concepts behind it
- List what a good implementation includes
- Draft documentation from your description
- Finding out what your site is doing today
- Confirming an Event fires once against a live order
- Separating a real fault from Attribution lag
- Signing off the numbers you report upward
One question that tells you who has actually looked
When you are comparing quotes, the cheapest one usually describes what it will build. Ask every quote the same question and the difference stops being about price. “Can you show me a network capture proving my Purchase Event fires exactly once?”
Anyone who has inspected your setup produces it within a day. Anyone who has not will explain why it is unnecessary.
The full answer, with the numbers →A monthly fee is fine. Not owning what it pays for is the problem
Some agencies will run your Tracking for a few hundred a month. The monthly cost is not the issue. What that money buys is.
It lives in their container, on their server, under their accounts. Stop paying and it stops working. Leave and you take nothing with you, because there was never anything to take.
We build it once and it is yours. Every tag, every container, every configuration, in your accounts, documented, with a walkthrough.
| Rented Tracking | BlazeByte | |
|---|---|---|
| Who owns the container, server config and tags | They do | You do |
| What happens if you stop paying | It stops working | Nothing. It keeps running |
| What you have after three years | Three years of payments and no asset | A documented system you own |
Monitoring is separate and optional, from $899 a month, and cancellable at any time. The build above is yours either way, and it keeps working if you stop paying for monitoring.
| Cost over time | Year 1 | Year 3 | Year 5 | You own it? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rented at $500 per month | $6,000 | $18,000 | $30,000 | No |
| BlazeByte build, no monitoring | $1,199 | $1,199 | $1,199 | Yes |
The build alone is a one-time $1,199 against $30,000 of rent over five years, and at the end one of those leaves you owning a documented system and the other leaves you with nothing.
You should never be the one who finds out
Tracking breaks for reasons that are not faults in the build, which is why building it properly does not remove the risk. The failures below all happen silently, and none of them raises an error.
An ecommerce client in Europe came to us with declining campaigns, convinced their Tracking had broken. It had not. The card on their Google Ads account had been declined, and their consent tool subscription had lapsed, so the banner stopped appearing and every visitor was being treated as having refused consent. Tracking was doing precisely what it was told to do.
Neither failure raised an error. On a retainer, that is caught in days, diagnosed correctly the first time, and fixed. Not flagged for you to deal with. Fixed.
They found out from their sales figures, weeks later, and their own diagnosis was wrong.
Your Tracking keeps working. You do not have to watch it, and you do not have to understand why. It remains optional. Your setup is yours and it runs either way.
Questions About Our Pricing.
Why is there a setup fee and a monthly retainer?
The one-time foundation builds what the retainer manages. Tracking Setup and Campaign Setup get your measurement and campaigns built correctly; the monthly retainer is the ongoing management, optimization, and reporting on top. If your tracking is already verified, the foundation is reduced or waived.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No, never. Our retainers are flat. At a typical 15% industry rate, a $10,000/mo account would pay $1,500/mo in fees alone, more than our flat $1,100/mo Managed Performance tier. As your spend grows, the savings are yours, not ours.
What does "starting at" mean? Are prices fixed or scoped?
The published price is the floor; final pricing is scoped to your situation. What moves it: your ad spend band, number of Conversion actions, platform complexity, and how much tracking already exists. You get the exact number in writing before any work begins.
What makes the final price higher than the starting price?
Only scope, never tactics. The price moves with your ad spend band, number of Conversion actions, platforms involved, and how much clean tracking already exists. There are no surprise add-ons. The things that move the number are listed up front, and you approve the total before work begins.
Wondering why we are not the cheapest option? Here is the honest answer →
Can I start small and scale up?
Yes, and most clients do. Start with one platform, one page, or one tracking fix, then expand once you see results. Our tiers grow with your spend, they do not lock you into the top one early.
Can I get an audit before I pay anything?
Yes. Every engagement can start with a free audit. You get written findings, ranked by impact, within 24 to 48 hours. Then you decide what happens next, no obligation, no pressure to proceed.
Do I have to pay to confirm a package?
No. Confirming a package is not a payment. It starts a kickoff call to finalize scope; you are only invoiced after we have aligned on exactly what the work includes. Nothing is charged until the scope is agreed in writing.
What if I only need tracking, not ads management?
That is a common, standalone engagement. Our Analytics and Tracking services are one-time, scoped projects you fully own. You do not need to buy ads management to get your tracking fixed.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No long-term lock-in. Performance Marketing runs as an initial three-month engagement, then continues month-to-month. Tracking and CRO are scoped per project. Full terms are confirmed in writing before work starts.
How do I know which package to choose?
Match the tier to your stage, or let us do it for you. Each tier lists the ad spend or scope it fits. If you are between tiers or unsure, describe your situation in the free audit and we will recommend the right starting point, even a smaller one.
What is the difference between Landing Page Optimization and the CRO Audit?
Scope, and only scope. Landing Page Optimization fixes one page, usually the page your paid traffic lands on, priced from $750. The CRO Audit maps your entire funnel when the leak is spread across multiple steps, priced from $2,500. Most clients start with a page and expand once they see the lift.
Why is CRO priced per page but ads are monthly?
Because the work is shaped differently. Conversion optimization is a focused, per-page or per-audit engagement with a defined deliverable. Ads management is ongoing, so it is a monthly retainer. Each model matches the actual work.
Can I use AI to set up Conversion Tracking?
For the instructions and the code, yes. AI writes accurate dataLayer pushes and GTM tags, and explains the concepts well. Someone still has to implement it, because AI cannot access your container or your ad accounts.
For knowing what to build, it is limited by what you tell it. It cannot inspect your site, so it does not know what is already installed, what fires twice, or what your platform sends automatically. The description it works from comes from the person who does not yet know what is wrong.
For verification, no. Confirming an Event fires exactly once means running a live transaction and reading the network request. That is the step where Tracking actually fails, and it is the step most setups skip.
Most broken Tracking we are called in to fix was built by someone competent and was never tested against live data.
What compounds while this stays unfixed
Each item below is a mechanism that compounds while Tracking stays unfixed, not a projection of what might happen. Every one of them runs continuously until the underlying data is corrected.
Every day it trains on incomplete Conversion data, it becomes more confident about the wrong audience. Ninety days of this does not stall a campaign. It teaches it the wrong lesson, and recovery takes longer than the damage did.
A data gap costs a fixed percentage. Scale spend and the absolute loss scales with it. The most expensive time to have broken Tracking is the month you decide to grow.
Conversion data is not retroactive. Every day of misconfigured Tracking is a day of attribution that no fix will ever restore.
A small share of Conversions never reaches the platform
Schematic of the mechanism, not measured account data.
