1.Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, email address, website URL, business details, and advertising spend range, submitted through our contact, audit request, and booking forms.
• Website usage data: standard analytics on how visitors use blazebytesolutions.com, collected through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, subject to your consent choices.
• Client advertising and analytics data: where a client authorizes us to manage or audit their accounts, we access campaign, conversion, and performance data through the Google Ads API, Google Analytics, and equivalent platform interfaces.
• Job applications: where you apply through our Careers page, we collect the information you submit, including your CV and contact details.

2.Google API data, including the Google Ads API

• Authorized access only. We access a client's advertising account only with that client's explicit authorization, through a Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) link or account-level user permissions granted through Google's own controls.
• Purpose limitation. Data retrieved through the Google Ads API is used exclusively for campaign reporting, Conversion Tracking validation, Attribution reconciliation, and optimization recommendations for the client that owns the data.
• No sale, no unauthorized sharing. Client advertising data is never sold, redistributed, or shared with any unauthorized third party under any circumstances.
• Data isolation. Each client's data is kept separate. Reports are produced and delivered per client. Data is never commingled between clients.
• Security. All API access uses OAuth 2.0. No password-based access is used. Google-issued credentials are stored securely and are never hard-coded or shared. Access is restricted to authorized BlazeByte personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• Revocation. Access is removed promptly when a client relationship ends, and immediately on client request. Clients may revoke our access at any time through their own Google account controls.
• Limited Use. BlazeByte Solutions LLC's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3.AI-assisted processing

Some analysis and drafting is accelerated using large language model tooling accessed through secure, authenticated integrations, under human review. This tooling operates as an internal processing aid under BlazeByte control. Data processed this way is used only to produce analysis and recommendations for the client it belongs to. It is not sold, not redistributed, and never used to make automated changes to any advertising account. No campaign change is executed without account manager approval.

4.How we use information

To deliver our services, respond to enquiries, produce client reports and recommendations, operate and improve our website, evaluate job applications, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or client data.

5.Cookies and tracking on this website

We use cookies and similar technologies for site analytics and, where you consent, for advertising measurement. Consent choices are respected through a consent management platform, and analytics and advertising tags load according to your selection. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the consent banner or your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

6.Third-party services

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the business, such as hosting, analytics, consent management, and email delivery, under confidentiality obligations and only to the extent needed. 8.Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law. Access to client advertising accounts is removed when the engagement ends.

Our services are for businesses. We do not market to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10.California privacy (CalOPPA and CCPA)

Visitors may browse our site without submitting personal information. We post this policy publicly, linked from every page footer using the word "Privacy." California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us.

11.Email communications (CAN-SPAM)

We collect email addresses to respond to enquiries, deliver requested reports and information, and send updates relating to services you have engaged. We do not use false or misleading subject lines or sender addresses, we include our physical business address in commercial email, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. To unsubscribe, use the link in any email or contact us.

12.Data breach notification

In the event of a data breach affecting personal information we hold, we will notify affected individuals by email within 7 business days.
